Consumer Leases give the advantages of leasing IT and Audio Visual equipment to private individuals for home and student use.

Ezehire Consumer leases provide a flexible way for consumers or non-business customers to obtain your equipment with little or no capital outlay.

In any lease agreement the financier owns the equipment and agrees to lease the equipment to you for a budgeted amount each week or month.

At the end of the consumer lease agreement you may - subject to our approval - offer to purchase the equipment for the residual amount.

Features

·         Terms range from 24 to 60 months

·         Residuals are set according to the Australian Tax Office  - life and depreciation guidelines

·         Your rentals are fixed for the term of the lease.

·         Your lease is paid via Direct Debit from your bank account or credit card account.

Other optional costs associated with the lease can be financed on the contract (such as, Service Agreements, comprehensive insurance, Extended Warranty, Annual upgrade options)

·          Extended Warranty for the term of the lease

·         Service and general maintenance agreement

·         Our most popular option of a Service general maintenance agreement with payout option. This will pay out your lease for you when you want to upgrade to new equipment. This can give you new equipment every year or 2 years without having to meet expensive payouts. This way you can keep up to date with technology without the huge cost of renewal.

GST and Stamp Duty

·         Consumer Lease rentals are subject to GST as is the Residual Value. Rentals are also subject to Stamp Duty in some states.
